A successful charity bingo night was held at the RAOB?Club, Kilgetty, on Friday, to raise money for a number of charities.
A total of £1,400 was realised as a result of the event, with £500 going to West Wales Cat Rescue, which has a charity shop in Whitland and is completely run by volunteers.
Another £500 was presented to the Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity in London, with the remaining £400 going to the Daniel Bridle Memorial Fund in memory of his 24th birthday.
Eighteen-year-old Daniel Bridle, of Saundersfoot, passed away in 2014 after losing his battle with bone cancer.
The month of September has seen his fund raise over £10.000, with the total now standing at over £57,000.
The family would like to thank all the people of Pembrokeshire for their support.
