There was a big turnout for the civic parade and service at Pembroke Dock on Sunday.
The event was held to celebrated the installation of Clr. Jane Phillips as Mayor of the town for 2013/14.
Clr. Phillips actually succeeded Clr. Peter Kraus as First Citizen back in May, but due to other engagements, the civic service was not held until last weekend.
Sunday morning's procession, which was made up of Cub Scouts, Sea Cadets and various Pembrokeshire flag bearers, was led through the town by the Pembroke Borough Silver Band.
They arrived at St. John's Church at 10.30 am for the service, which was taken by the Rev. Nicky Skipworth.
Mayors and consorts from across Pembrokeshire also attended the event in support of Clr. Phillips, as well as the chairman of the County Council, Clr. Arwyn Williams.
Afterwards, Clr. Phillips said that it had been a well attended service and she was particularly pleased to see Cub Scouts and Sea Cadets taking part.
