The eighth annual Llandysilio junior five-a-side football tournament recently took place and was once again a great success, with 30 teams taking part and 180 youngsters showing off their football skills throughout the day.

The under 9s final was a close game, with Tenby defeating Cardigan.

The under 11s category was won by Boncath, with Tenby runners-up.

In the under 13s category, Cardigan beat the boys from Boncath and in the final age group of the day, the Haverfordwest old boys came out winners after going undefeated throughout the competition.
