Pembroke Dock celebrates its bi-centenary in 2014 and the town council wish to commemorate this fact by a number of events which will take place during the year.

In addition, consideration is being given to the making of a tapestry to highlight major occasions in the town's history.

In order to gauge public opinion about the way forward, a public meeting is to be held in the Pater Hall (Main Hall) on Wednesday, July 8, at 7.30 pm, at which ideas can be discussed and debated.
