Local councillors have requested that two benches which have disappeared from outside Tenby's St. Johns Church be replaced.
Clr. Mrs. Caroline Thomas raised the issue at Tuesday evening's meeting of Tenby Town Council. "I know that the benches were situated there historically for a long time, but since they've vanished, they have been missed, especially by some of the elderly members of the community who made use of them," she remarked. Councillors agreed that Pembrokeshire County Council should be contacted to see if they can supply two replacement benches.
