Calls for safety improvements at a notorious accident blackspot in Tenby are being investigated. As reported by the Observer, County Councillor Michael Williams has written to Pembrokeshire County Council's transportation directorate with the request after a number of collisions at the location in the last month. The local authority has now confirmed that the council's road safety team is awaiting details from the police about any collisions involving personal injury. In addition, the site is to be inspected to see if any measures can be identified. "The full accident details will also assist in determining the way forward," said a spokeswoman for the council.
