Saundersfoot Beach has been put up for sale on the internet by owner Kevin Lindsell this week for £377,750.
The buyer will get all of the beach above the high tide mark - everything below belongs to the Queen. Also included in the price is a thriving ice-cream business, including a fleet of vans and a chalet, plus the licence to sell ice-cream at four neighbouring beaches.
