Tenby Town Council are to consult with a representative on the New Shoreline Management Plan over concerns they have about the erosion of the South Beach.
Clr. Mike Thorne had previously written to the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority with representations made on behalf of the town council on the PCNPA local development plan.
Clr. Thorne stated to PCNPA that further steps should be taken to protect the beach and facilities behind the dunes.
Councillors agreed with Clr. Thorne that they should contact the body of the New Shoreline Management Plan to seek a meeting on the matter.
