A team from Pembrokeshire County Council spent Friday and Saturday clearing away an amount of paraffin wax from a number of south Pembrokeshire beaches. The substance was cleared from Tenby's North, Castle and South Beaches, as well as Saundersfoot and Amroth, while on Monday, workmen cleared away more of the wax from Wiseman's Bridge. If members of the public spot any suspicious substances, they should contact Pembrokeshire County Council or the Maritime and Coastguard Agency.
