Through your newspaper, may I respectfully request the civil engineers and architects of Pembrokeshire County Council to take a close look at the beach at Amroth, in particular the west side.

Since hundreds of tons of stones were dropped on the beach access to it has been very difficult.

The only access which now exists is a concrete path on the west side and above this path is a notice stating 'Watch out for falling rocks'.

Amroth is a pleasant village with tremendous potential. Could the powers that be redesign the beach on the same lines as Saundersfoot, e.g. beaches, walks, gardens etc.
