Members and guests, including officers and cadets of 1284 ATC Squadron Tenby, and 2420 ATC Squadron Whitland, were present at a formal dinner held last Friday, at the Royal Lion Hotel Tenby, to commemorate the 67th anniversary of the, the Battle of Britain. The speakers were Wing Cdr. John Tipton DFC*, and the Mayor of Tenby, Clr. John Griffiths CPM. During the evening, a cheque was presented to the Tenby and Whitland ATC Squadrons, which represented their share of the proceeds from the RAFA Band Concert held recently in Tenby.
