STAFF from NatWest's Haverfordwest Group of branches (which also includes Narberth and Milford Haven) are jetting off to New York thanks to feedback from their customers.
Positive feedback and comments from customers has led to the group of branches being nominated as NatWest's top group of branches of their size in Wales for the delivery of outstanding customer service.
The result was announced recently at a dinner in Alton Towers and staff from the Haverfordwest Group of branches will now be jetting off to the bank's national award ceremony taking place in New York in March.
As well as visiting some of the sights in the famous city, they will also be attending a gala dinner to discover if they have won the National Customer Service Award.
Branch manager Marlene Harries said: "We are delighted to win this award and be invited to the gala dinner in New York. All the staff here would like to say a big thank you to our customers for their positive comments. Without them this wouldn't be happening. When you work so hard as a team to deliver quality service, it is great to receive an award from the bank, but it means so much more because it is our customers' comments that have put us in the number one spot."
