The second semi-final of the Band of the Year competition comes to Chancers in Pembroke Dock, tomorrow (Saturday). Regime, Order 66, Sniper (from Carmarthen), Volplus and Magnitude of Me will all battle it out for a chance at a great prize being offered jointly by Chancers, Bush Street, Pembroke Dock, and Gwala Promotions. The first semi-final was a great night, so go and enjoy the second semi. Your entrance ticket enters you into a free £10 drinks raffle - so even more reason to turn up on Saturday. The 'half-a-yard of ale' drinking competition was also worth watching. See if you can beat the reigning champion - Paul from The Leftovers. The second semi will be tomorrow (Saturday) and the final will be on October 27, which is also the Chancers Hallowe'en Party. Doors 8 pm, tickets £5.
