Book-lovers have a treat in store at Scolton Manor this month, as the Victorian manor house hosts another sale of second-hand books.

‘The Lovely Little Book Sale’ will take place on Saturday and Sunday, March 25 and 26,between 11 am and 3 pm. A range of fiction and non-fiction, large print and children’s books will be available, priced at 50p or less, as well as a selection of DVDs and audio books.

Entry to the book sale in the Manor House is free. A £2.50 daily car parking charge applies.

Throughout the weekend, the Scolton Manor gift shop will also be open offering a small selection of new titles about Wales and Pembrokeshire.

The selection includes the recently launched ‘Pembrokeshire County History Volume I: Prehistoric, Roman and Early Medieval Pembrokeshire’.

Published by the Pembrokeshire County History Trust in November 2016, Volume I is the last in the series of four volumes. It is available for the special price of £30 during the book sale weekend, reduced from the regular price of £35.
