Lt. Cdr, Keith Peachey and Leading Cadet Joel Langstone, representing Tenby Sea Cadets, received the 2012 Poppy Appeal awards from Her Majesty's Lord Lieutenant of Dyfed, The Hon. R. W. Lewis OBE.

In addition to the Royal British Legion Certificate of Appreciation, Tenby Sea Cadets were awarded the runners-up shield for the best increase for last year's Poppy Appeal and so helping all the cadet units in Dyfed to raise nearly £42,000 for the 2012 poppy collection.

All the cadet contingents are now making their plans to start the 2013 poppy collections for the Royal British Legion.
