At a resplendent Show Bar at Kiln Park last Saturday evening, a well attended Tenby United Rugby Club Annual Dinner and Awards night was well received by all members and players attending. Thanks must go to club stalwarts, Mike Brace and Fran Fecci, for organising the evening on what turned out to be a splendid night and a fitting way to end the season. The trophies, handed out by wives and partners of several committee members and coaching staff were, as follows:

1st XV

Players' Player of the Year: Ifan Davies. Supporters' Player of the Year: Gavin Brace. Most Improved Player of the Year: Ben Cray. Coach's Player of the Year: Sam Smith. Young Player of the Year: Alex Jenkins.

2nd XV

Players' player of the Year: Gareth Nock. Most Improved Player of the Year: Ed Pritchard. Coach's player of the Year: Neil Duffy (who else!).

Youth XV

Players Player of the Year: Jason Ronowitz. Most Improved Player of the Year: Sam Foster. Coach's Player of the Year: Grant Rodgers. Young Players of the Year: Jason Ronowitz and Jamie Williams. Club Member of the Year: Ed Harper.

Rob Morgan Team of the Year: 1st XV.

Chairman Mike Evans, in proposing the loyal toast, thanked everyone for their time and effort over the season, both on the playing and organisational side, as well as on the social side, and stated how pleased he was with the position the club found itself as it brought one highly successful season to a close and was ready to start another campaign. TURFC would like to thank all involved at Kiln Park for making the evening such an enjoyable one, as well as extending a huge thanks for donations to the raffle to: The Buccaneer, Tenby RNLI, Four Seasons, Mike Evans and Robert (Chunk) James.
