Get out and about in the county between now and the New Year thanks to the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park's activities and events programme.

All the events are outdoors and include family walks, beach rambles and three walks on Castlemartin Range West - part of the Army range which is usually not accessible to the public. The range walks need to be booked in advance.

Pembrokeshire's historic landscape, its dramatic geological features and life on the rocky shore are covered in the walks and there's also a chance for all the family to take part in arts and crafts sessions at the Park Authority's own Castell Henllys Iron Age hill fort, near Newport.

Leaflets with full details of the programme - including post-Christmas events - will be available locally at many outlets. The information is also on the National Park's website http://www.pembrokeshirecoast.org.uk">www.pembrokeshirecoast.org.uk
