David Morris, the local parliamentary candidate for South Pembs. and West Carmarthen, opened the well attended annual event in Narberth last Saturday. There were many interesting stalls and the fayre was busy all morning. Despite the Pembrokeshire drizzle, David Morris found that people were very keen to sign the petition, which requests that the Welsh Assembly should take urgent action to cut the long waiting lists for hospital appointments. Waiting lists in Wales are much longer than in England. People in Pembroke Dock and Carmarthen have already signed this petition, so anyone who would like to sign, please 'phone (01834) 849007.
