Pembroke School Autism Centre recently started a running club, which was kindly hosted by Tri Exercise in Haverfordwest.

They did a powerpoint of really interesting and helpful information and the pupils joined in asking and answering questions.

Then pupils were taken for a practical session, and shown warm ups and cool down exercises.

Pupils had a great day, and learned a great deal, inspiring all to take part in an event, and it is hoped that some of the pupils will take part in the Sport Relief run in Oakwood.

Thanks go to Darren and Julie for a lovely morning and excellent advice.
