LOCAL drama group, Narberth Talespinners, winners of the Best Supporting Role award in the Pembrokeshire Drama Association's 2002 One Act Festival on Saturday, will be performing an original full-length new comedy in October at the Queen's Hall, Narberth.
It has been written by Talespinner, Derek Webb, whose first play, 'Dog-eat-Dog', played in London in 1998. The new play is topical and based primarily in Pembrokeshire where he now lives.
The Talespinners are looking for both experienced amateur actors and anyone interested in acting to join them for this new production. Male and female, lead, supporting and minor roles are available with age ranges from 20s to 60s. They also need people to work behind the scenes: props, scenery, costumes and make-up.
Auditions will be held at the Queen's Hall, Narberth, at 7.30 pm on Monday, May 20, and 3 pm on Sunday, June 2. Turn up on the day or call 01437 532688 to find out more.
