There was no holding Narberth's second string as they rattled up a half century of points without reply against their Llandovery counterparts on Saturday.
The Otters were just 13 points ahead at the break through two tries and a penalty, but opened the throttles in the second half with a further six tries which helped them over the 50 mark.
For the statisticians, Daniel Gravell and Wayne Jones grabbed two tries apiece, while Richard Morris, Matthew Roderick, Emyr Davies and Ben Saunders also touched down.
Richard Morris also added to his personally tally with five conversions and the first half penalty.
