A Pembroke Dock man, accused of assaulting a police officer, has had his case adjourned for four weeks.
Forty-seven-year-old Brian Peter Fargin, who gave his address as Meyrick Street, when he appeared before the District Judge at Haverfordwest magistrates court on Tuesday, was charged with using threatening words or behaviour and assaulting a constable in the execution of her duty on August 20, in Pembroke Dock.
The defendant's solicitor, Mark Layton, explained to District Judge Vivian Manning-Davies that his client had suffered a childhood brain injury and that he was currently waiting for a medical evaluation report to be submitted on Mr. Fargin, before they could proceed with the matter.
The case was adjourned for four weeks and Mr. Fargin was given unconditional bail.
