St. Johns Church Hall is full again of lovely paintings which are by local artists.

This Open Exhibition of Art and Craft, which is part of the Tenby Arts Festival (it’s just opening a little early), is run every year when any local artist is welcome to show their work with the aim of selling it, with a percentage of sales and the show fees and raffle being divided equally between the church and the Cancer Research charity.

As always, the volunteer team of members hung the exhibition in record time and the variety of styles and subjects and prices are evident.

The exhibition in the hall at St. Johns Church, Warren Street, Tenby, opposite the Post Office, will be open each day until October 1 (except Sundays) and it is hoped that many people will call in to see the work. Also on display is some craft work, as well as many cards and unframed paintings, photographs and art books. It’s never too early to shop for Christmas!
