The recent excavation at Stonehenge, which featured in a BBC Timewatch programme last weekend, is the subject of one of the talks at this year's Archaeology Day School in Pembrokeshire.
Professor Geoff Wainwright, one of the world-renowned archaeologists involved in the dig, is among the speakers at the event on Saturday, November 15.
As well as the talks, local history groups are being invited to host displays of their work at the event at Pembrokeshire College, Haverfordwest.
It is the fifth annual day school organised by the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority.
National Park Authority archaeologist Polly Groom said: "We'd be really pleased to hear from any local history or archaeology groups who'd like to host a display. We normally get about 130 people turning up, all of whom have an interest in history and archaeology, so it's a great opportunity for groups to bring their latest research or future projects to the attention of a wider Pembrokeshire audience."
As in previous years there will be updates on the latest archaeological research as well as opportunity for questions and discussion.
Places must be booked in advance, and cost £7, including lunch. Booking forms can be downloaded from http://www.pcnpa.org.uk">www.pcnpa.org.uk or by calling the Authority on 0845 345 7275.
Local history groups interested in holding a display should also call the above number.
