Another new footpath scheme has just been fully approved by the local authority planning department for Narberth.

A new safe footpath will be built from Jesse Road, opposite the new school, direct to Station Road coming out by Awel Myndd.

"This will allow school children attending the swimming pool a much safer environment to walk in," said County Clr. Wynne Evans.

"I am grateful to Narberth Football Club, who with myself have engaged fully in the pre-planing consultation process.

"I shall announce shortly when work is to commence."
