Sir,

I should not have been so angry on Thursday, because Tudor Square was exactly as I expected it to be - very clean! I knew it would be because HRH The Prince of Wales was visiting.

But I was angry because it ought to be that clean every day. I am normally ashamed to be living in Tenby, with all the tourists paying good money to come and spend their holidays in what ought to be our lovely town. The same rubbish appears to grace our streets all week.

How often are the streets swept? Surely in the summer months the streets ought to be swept every morning at the very least, and all the bins emptied in readiness for the day's new rubbish.

Please can the council consider increasing the frequency of road cleansing to at least daily, in an attempt to improve the appearance of the town?
