Andrew Dennis who hails from Saundersfoot has been selected for Navy side to play in the Army v Navy clash at Twickenham tomorrow (Saturday).
He's back to full fitness - after suffering from a virus - for the match which last year saw the Army win for the sixth successive season.
However, the Navy are upbeat after beating the RAF at Newbury last Wednesday 34-20.
Andrew, who plays his club rugby in the back row for Narberth, is looking forward to this season's encounter.
Andrew, aged 26, is a physical training instructor based at HMS Nelson, a shore base in Portsmouth. He's been in the Royal Navy for nine years.
