A holidaymaker was airlifted to hospital on Friday after being taken ill in Saundersfoot.
A rapid response paramedic requested the assistance of the Wales Air Ambulance and Tenby coastguard to deal with a 66-year-old man suffering a cardiac arrest at a local hotel where the casualty was holidaying.
A land ambulance from Pembroke Dock conveyed the man to Saundersfoot beach slipway where the coastguard had provided a landing site for Helimed 57A and stretchered the casualty to the helicopter.
He was then flown to Morriston Hospital, Swansea for specialist treatment.
