A holidaymaker was airlifted to hospital yesterday (Thursday) after collapsing from a heart condition on Tenby's North Beach. The 72-year-old man who was from The Midlands became unwell at lunchtime. Coastguards from the town secured a land site on the beach for the Wales Air Ambulance and helped carry the casualty to the helicopter. He was then taken to Withybush Hospital, Haverfordwest.
