For several years readers have been contributing aid for Ukraine. Now that the latest collection has been forwarded, we are starting again to collect good as new clothing, shoes, blankets, toys, spectacles and hearing aids. Other readers have donated curtains, DK wool and some have knitted jumpers, hats, gloves and squares for blankets.

The directors of the Ukraine programme, Rev. John Hendy and his wife Janet, will be in the area next week. They will be speaking at Hebron Baptist Church, Saundersfoot, on Wednesday, October 24.

To show our appreciation, we invite anyone who has contributed to join us for free lunch in the church hall at 1 pm. There will be an illustrated talk at 2.30 pm, followed by refreshments, to which anyone will be warmly welcomed. Those unable to come for lunch are welcome to come at 2.30 pm and enjoy refreshments afterwards.
