Tenby councillors have expressed concern that holiday accommodation is being lost in a prime tourist resort after receiving an application to turn one of the town's hotels into flats. Before members at their meeting on Tuesday was a proposal by Julian Phillips, of the Tall Ships Hotel, Victoria Street, to convert the property into four two-bedroom and one one-bedroom flats.
