On Monday, past President Lionel Allen took members of the Rotary Club of Saundersfoot on a trip down memory lane, by showing them approximately 500 photographs taken at club events during 2010-2011.

The photographs demonstrated the wide range of activities that the club gets involved with, including school competitions, Rotary Shoe Box Scheme and Disabled Sports, as well as having fun themselves with visits to local places of interest.

At the end of the presentation, Lionel ran a short video clip of Rotary Shoe Boxes being distributed in Romania.

Immediate past president Keith Leighfield gave the vote of thanks and praised Lionel for the quality of the photographs, together with his dedication to attend most events to ensure that they were properly recorded.

Unfortunately, although Lionel attends virtually every event, he is rarely in any of the photographs himself.
