May I through your newspaper congratulate whoever was responsible for clearing the streets in Tenby of illegally parked vehicles running up to and during the recent Royal visit.
In the past, we have been led to believe that it is impossible to keep the streets of Tenby free of vehicles, with drivers totally ignoring the yellow lines and parking where ever they please.
It now seems that it is indeed possible to keep the streets clear and therefore avoiding so many traffic jams. So may I make a suggestion to the powers that be, that they pretend a Royal visit is to happen every day of the week and therefore the residents and visitors to Tenby would have a much more pleasant and congestion free town to enjoy.
