Having holidayed in beautiful spots all over Wales, Harry Gardiner chose Tenby to settle in as the 'best in the West'.
Over 14 years, he has taken a large number of photographs of this special place, so has plenty to choose from to show 'A Photographer's View of Tenby' to Tenby Arts Club tonight (Friday).
He will show early prints from negatives on wet process prints, as well as many images from digital cameras. People, incidents, and details will feature, as well as sea and beach views. There will be a special focus on the panorama canvases he photographs, processes in the computer, prints, varnishes and frames himself.
Tenby's gem of a harbour will feature strongly amongst these and they will show his affection for this subject, as well as for an artistic approach to presenting photographic images.
Cards and some of the works will be available for sale, and half of any proceeds will go to Tenby Arts Club funds.
The talk begins at 7.30 pm at St. Johns Church Hall, Warren Street.
