HI-JINX Theatre Company presents 'Paul Robeson Knew My Father' at the Torch Theatre, Milford Haven, on Saturday, November 13, at 7.30 pm. It is a passionate and funny tale by Greg Cullen, inspired by the legendary Paul Robeson. Gethyn reflects on his childhood growing up in the South Wales Valleys. He remembers the desperate search for his father as a young boy in the 1950s. He retreats into a world dominated by Robeson's films and music, away from the secrets and lies that surround his identity. When a black road-worker moves into his community, Gethyn is convinced that Paul Robeson has returned to save him!
