St. Florence Cricket Club have continued their steady rise up the Pembroke County Cricket League, gaining promotion to the fourth division. The new season is only just around the corner and net practices will start shortly. If you want to play for a successful club that's going places, why not join them on Wednesday, March 21, at 6 pm, at Tenby Leisure Centre. Nets will then be held every Wednesday up until April 25. Other dates for your diaries include the annual general meeting, which will be held at 8 pm on Wednesday, March 21, at the Sun Inn, St. Florence, and the first practice match on Sunday, April 15, at 2 pm. So why not go along and get involved, you'll enjoy it. Whether it's sipping a glass of wine on a balmy summer afternoon (well that may be pushing it in April)‚ helping run things, or playing, the club would love to see you.
