There were celebrations at one of Pembrokeshire's oldest schools on Friday. Pupils and staff at Penally VC School commemorated the school's 130th anniversary with a special open afternoon. To mark the occasion, the original school bell, which has been remounted on the school wall to mark the event, was unveiled by chairman of Pembrokeshire County Council, Clr. Mickey Folland. He is seen here left with acting head, Mr. Graham Doney, chairman of the school govenors, Clr. Mrs. Carol Cavill and pupils Alisha Hughes, Francesca Coates, Theo Rook, Ross Scrivens, Phoebe Thomas and Jay Rivett, who all dressed in Victorian costumes for the occasion.
