A warrant without bail has been issued for a Penally man who failed to appear in court this week to answer to charges of drugs and driving offences.
Fifty-three-year-old Andrew David Broadhurst of Holloway Court, was due to appear at Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on Tuesday, after being charged with possessing a quantity of diamorphine in Lamack Vale, Tenby, on May 7.
He was also charged with using a motor vehicle on the B4318 Sageston to Tenby road withhout third party insurance on the same date.
Magistrates issued the warrant without bail to secure the defendant’s attendance in court after he failed to show up for the hearing.
