A TEENAGER was taken to hospital by air ambulance with serious injuries following a collision at Pembroke involving a bus.
Dyfed-Powys Police say they received a report of the road traffic collision involving a teenager and a service bus just after 3.30pm on Tuesday, June 10, and that the teenager was air-lifted to hospital.
The collision, which occurred near Ysgol Harri Tudur, resulted in a road closure until 7pm and prompting many expressions of well wishes for the teenager involved.
Wales Air Ambulance confirmed they were one of the emergency services attending the collision. The charity’s Dafen-based crew were allocated at 3.40pm and arrived at the scene, via air, at 4.24pm. Their involvement concluded at 5:46pm.
