Emergency services dealt with a traffic incident involving four vehicles in Narberth yesterday (Thursday) morning.

A digger fell from a trailer damaging three vehicles at Spring Gardens.

No one was injured in the incident which occurred shortly before 9 am.

A spokesman for Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service said: “On Thursday, Otober 12, at 9.09 am, firefighters from Narberth were called to a road traffic collision in Spring Gardens, Narberth.

“The RTC involved a tractor and trailer, which had shed its load of a dumper truck and a mini digger on top of a commercial van. No persons were reported trapped or injured.

“Firefighters made the vehicles safe and assisted in their removal using small gear, gutting equipment, chocks and blocks and air bags.

“The fire service left the incident at 9.39am.”

A spokeswoman for the Royal Mail group said: “There were no injuries from this incident and all mail was delivered as usual.”
