Two brothers accused of being equipped for burglary in Pembrokeshire will go on trial next month after denying the charge.
Twenty-three-year-old Paul Everest, of Holloway, Haverfordwest, and nineteen-year-old Sean Everest, of Howarth Close, Hakin, appeared at Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on Tuesday, charged with going equipped for burglary in Milford Haven, on December 13, of last year.
The defendants are accused of having in their possession articles for use of, or in connection with burglary, such as - a black handled hammer, a crowbar, two screwdrivers, a torch, and a black pair of gloves, along with two sports bag holdalls, at a place which was not their abode.
Both brothers pleaded not guilty to the charges and will stand trial in court on Monday, July 16. They were released on unconditional bail.
