A Pembroke Dock man is set to go on trial accused of criminal damage.
Thirty-nine-year-old Darren Rees, of Catalina Avenue, is charged with criminal damage to property valued at under £5,000.
Mr. Rees is alleged to have damaged a Black BMW to the value of £1,983.26 which belonged to Styner BMW dealership in Slebech.
The offence is alleged to have occurred at Pembroke Dock’s Dimond Street on July 24.
Mr. Rees who was not present at Haverfordwest Magistrates Court for his latest hearing on Wednesday will now return to court for a trial on December 19.
