A man caught drink driving in Milford Haven has been given a three-year ban in court.
Twenty-two-year-old James Robert Murray, of St. Clements Park, Freystrop, pleaded guilty to driving his Audi on Robert Street, with 47 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, when he appeared at Haverfordwest magistrates court on Tuesday.
Prosecutor Vaughan Pritchard-Jones told the court that on September 2, at 10.50 pm, police officers on routine patrol had their attention drawn to Mr. Murray’s vehicle, due to the manor it was being driven.
“He co-operated with police and provided a positive roadside test. Mr. Murray has a similar conviction over the last three years,” he explained.
Magistrates disqualified Mr. Murray from driving for three years and fined him £120 for the offence.
He was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £85 and a £30 victim surcharge.
