Two shouts on a busy Saturday evening for Tenby's inshore lifeboat, saw the RNLI volunteer crew out on duty until midnight.
The first shout of the evening came shortly before 7.45pm on August 23, after a report that several children were in difficulty on a paddleboard off Gilman Point near Pendine.
The lifeboat was quickly on the water and made best speed to Gilman Point and once on scene, found the children struggling to make their way back to shore.
The children were taken aboard the lifeboat and then, along with their board, were dropped back ashore at Pendine, where they were met by their parents.
The second shout of the evening came just before 11.30pm, following a request from the Police to assist after a person was thought to possibly be in difficulty in the sea off Coppet Hall at Saundersfoot.
The volunteer crew were quickly on the water, but as they were making their way to the scene, Police confirmed that the person was now safe and well ashore.
The lifeboat returned to station, arriving at midnight.
