Tenby Coastguard Rescue Team were tasked to attend to a casualty who had fallen from a height at the harbour during the early hours of Tuesday.
Shortly after 2 am, the team were paged to assist Welsh Ambulance Services NHS Trust with a medical evacuation from Tenby harbour.
The casualty had fallen approximately 15-foot from Penniless Cove Hill and landed in an enclosed space.
The casualty was placed on a spinal board and carried from the location by Coastguard volunteers to the awaiting land ambulance.
The patient was then transported to hospital for further treatment.
