Power tools were stolen when a vehicle was broken into on Stranraer Road, Pennar, sometime between 1 and 1.20 am on Sunday.

Police say the owner of the vehicle was woken by the thieves, who it is believed made off on foot carrying these items. These are expensive tools and are required by the owner for his profession.
