Police in Tenby are investigating ‘fishy’ activity in the harbour area of the resort, after reports of equipment being stolen.

The theft of fishing equipment from a boat moored in Tenby Harbour, occurred some time overnight from Tuesday, October 27 to 8 am the following morning.

The items are believed to have gone missing during low tide when the harbour was free from sea water.

Anyone who saw any person(s) carrying fishing equipment such as fishing rods through town or off a boat in the harbour during the night, is asked to contact PC832 Thomas at Tenby police station on 101.
