Dyfed-Powys Police can confirm that the death of a sixty-one year old man, whose body was found off Fort Road, Pembroke Dock on Friday (August 20), is not being treated as suspicious.

The death has been referred to HM Coroner, and next of kin have been informed.

A group of teenagers out for a morning walk are said to have made the discovery along the shoreline near Fort Road.

A Dyfed-Powys Police spokesperson said: “We were called at around 12.10 pm on Friday (August 20) after a body of a man was found near the beach off Fort Road in Pembroke Dock.

“Officers are currently investigating the circumstances around his death.”
