Police are appealing after the theft of designer sunglasses worth £1,000 from a Boots store in Carmarthenshire...

Dyfed-Powys Police is investigating an incident of theft which took place at a Boots store in Red Street, Carmarthen.

It was reported that at around 11.45am on June 8 approximately £1,000 worth of designer sunglasses were taken from the premises.

The offender is described as a white man aged in his fifties, around 5ft8, of a skinny build and clean shaven.

They were dressed in green denim trousers, a green jumper, and a blue and red baseball cap with wraparound sunglasses.

They were also believed to be carrying a large material tote bag in a light blue colour with yellow flowers on.
