Police are appealing for information following a serious assault that took place in Tenby after midnight, where a man was found lying in the road with serious injuries, including a broken jaw.

Dyfed-Powys Police is investigating an assault on a man aged in his 20s, believed to have taken place sometime between midnight and 1 am on Sunday, November 26.

“The man was found lying in the road between the Premier Inn and Tasty House Café on White Lion Street, with serious facial injuries, including a broken jaw,” said a spokesperson for Dyfed-Powys Police.

Police are appealing for anyone with information that could help the investigation, including CCTV or dashcam footage to contact them.

They are particularly keen to trace a man who left the town in a taxi share with a woman, at around 1 am.

Tenby had been busy during the day and evening, with the Christmas lights switch-on taking place in the seaside town.
